2. What data we collect
We only collect data you choose to submit through this site — there is no tracking or analytics running on aurylconsulting.com. Depending on which form you use, this may include:
- Contact and company details — your name, role, email, phone number, company name, and Business ID (Y-tunnus).
- Service-specific details — monitoring criteria for Tender Watch, tender notice details for a Tender Intelligence Report, or target-market details for EU Buyer & Customer Intelligence.
- Billing details — billing email, billing address, and VAT/Business ID, where provided for invoicing.
- Booking details — preferred call date and time, industry type, and location, when you use the Book a Call form.
3. How we use your data
We use the data you submit to respond to your enquiry, deliver the service or report you requested, arrange and hold the call you booked, issue invoices, and communicate with you about your engagement. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell or rent your data to any third party.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract, where you have requested a service; our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries submitted to us; and, where applicable, compliance with a legal obligation, such as Finnish accounting and invoicing requirements.
5. Who we share data with
Form submissions on this site are processed through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-delivery service that receives your submission and forwards it to our inbox. FormSubmit acts as a data processor on our behalf — see their own privacy policy at formsubmit.co for how they handle data in transit.
This site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a page can send your browser’s IP address to Google’s font servers as part of that request.
Beyond these two service providers, we do not share your data with any other third party, except where required by law.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as necessary to deliver the service you requested and to meet our bookkeeping and invoicing obligations under Finnish law. Data that is no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to certain processing, and request data portability.
