1. About these terms
These terms are between you (or the company you represent) and Auryl Consulting (Business ID 3510609-1, Nykarleby Innovation Center, Jakobstadsvägen 24B, 66900 Nykarleby, Finland). By requesting a service through this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Auryl Consulting offers three services, each described in full on our Services and Pricing pages:
- Tender Watch — ongoing monitoring of Hilma and TED tender notices, €199 per month.
- Tender Intelligence Report — a scored go/no-go assessment for one tender, €1,490 per tender.
- EU Buyer & Customer Intelligence — buyer-behaviour intelligence for one target country, €1,490 per country.
All prices exclude VAT (ALV).
3. Delivery
A Tender Intelligence Report is delivered within 3–5 working days of a complete submission. EU Buyer & Customer Intelligence timelines are agreed at the start of the engagement. Tender Watch monitoring begins once your subscription and monitoring criteria are confirmed.
4. Billing and payment
The Tender Intelligence Report and EU Buyer & Customer Intelligence are invoiced on completion. Tender Watch is billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time, with notice as agreed at signup.
5. Nature of our reports
Our go/no-go assessments and analysis are built on publicly available tender notice data — primarily Hilma and TED — combined with our professional judgment. They are informational and advisory only. They are not a guarantee that a bid will be awarded, and they are not legal, financial, or regulatory compliance advice. You remain responsible for your own bid decisions and for verifying compliance with the specific requirements of any tender you pursue.
6. Confidentiality
Any tender, company, or business information you share with us to prepare a report is used solely to deliver that engagement. We do not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Use of reports
Reports and analysis we deliver are prepared for your own use in evaluating and preparing a bid. They may not be resold or redistributed to third parties without our prior written consent.
8. Cancellation
Tender Watch subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with notice as agreed at signup. Work on a one-off Tender Intelligence Report or EU Buyer & Customer Intelligence engagement, once commenced, is non-refundable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Finnish law, Auryl Consulting’s liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or a lost contract award.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.
